Obituary of Dorothy A. Felipe
DOROTHY A. LEE FELIPE, of Hackensack, passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2011, at Dellridge Nursing Home in Paramus, at the age of 92 years. Born in New York, she lived in Paramus and then Hackensack, where she lived for 42 years. Prior to retiring she worked as a sales associate at Dress Barn of Teaneck and previously at Freeman's Youth Center of Hackensack. She was a parishioner of Holy Trinity R. C. Church and a member of the Trinity Leisure Club. Dorothy leaves a legacy of faith and love. Beloved wife of the late Jack Felipe. Devoted mother of Elizabeth Spadaccini and her husband Ronald of Bogota, Richard Felipe and his wife Judy of Bergenfield, and Thomas Felipe and his wife Nancy of Clifton. Cherished grandmother of Lisa Hlynsky and her husband Stephen, Eileen Irwin and her husband Michael, Amy Jennings and her husband Michael, David Felipe and his fiancee Mary Jennings, Andrew Felipe, Thomas Felipe, and Michael Felipe. Adored great grandmother of Ryan and Kyle Irwin, Anna and Daniel Hlynsky, and Sean and Connor Jennings. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 25th, at Holy Trinity R. C. Church, 34 Maple Avenue, Hackensack, at 10:30 AM with burial following at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington. Visiting will be on Monday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM. Memorial donations to Holy Trinity R. C. Church or Cystic Fibrosis would be appreciated.
