Obituary of Theresa Garofalo

THERESA PLATI GAROFALO, of Hackensack, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 11, 2015, at the age of 91 years. Prior to retiring, she had worked at Electro Miniatures of Moonachie. Devoted mother of Frank Garofalo and his wife Barbara Washin of Saugerties, New York, and Dennis Garofalo and his wife Barbara of Lutz, Florida. Loving grandmother of Lisa, Laura, Dennis, Danny and David. Adored great grandmother of David, Theresa, Juliette, and Anthony. Dearest sister of Lucy Scanapieco of South Hackensack, Mary Brenner of Titusville, Florida, Fred Plati and his wife Sadie of Fountain Hills, Arizona and four sisters and three brothers who are predeceased. She is also survived by her former daughter-in-law, Fran Garofalo of Woodstock, NY. Visitation will be on Saturday morning from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM with a prayer service at 10:30 AM. Cremation will be private. O
