Obituary of Helen M. Hogan

HELEN M. MAUTHE HOGAN, of Center Moriches, Long Island, formerly of Teaneck, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 4, 2012, at the West Hampton Care Center, at the age of 85 years. Born in Hackensack, she lived for many years in Teaneck, then several years in Toms River and finally in Long Island. Prior to retiring, she worked for many years at the Teaneck News of Teaneck. She was a parishioner at Holy Trinity R. C. Church of Hackensack. Beloved wife of the late William F. Hogan. Devoted mother of Kathleen Winters and her husband Larry of Leesburg, Florida, Michael Hogan of Clifton, and Thomas Hogan and his wife Colleen of Center Moriches, Long Island. Cherished grandmother of Thomas, Jake and Alison. Dearest sister of the late Robert Mauthe. The funeral service will be at Holy Trinity R. C. Church, 34 Maple Avenue, Hackensack, on Saturday, December 8th, at 10:30 AM with burial following at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Hackensack. Visiting will be on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Peconic Bay Medical Center Foundation, 1300 Roanoke Avenue, Riverhead, NY 11901 would be appreciated.
