Obituary of Carol L. La Riviere

CAROL L. POSENATO LA RIVIERE, a lifelong resident of Hackensack, died on Friday, February 5, 2010, at Hackensack University Medical Center at the age of 69 years. Prior to retiring, she was a driver for the special transportation division for the County of Bergen. She served at every election and was a member of the Board of Registry and Elections for the Bergen County Board of Elections. She was a parishioner of St. Francis R. C. Church , a member of the Golden Age Club and the Rosebuds all of Hackensack. Beloved wife of the late Robert La Riviere. Devoted mother of Robert La Riviere and his wife Lisa of Rochelle Park, Raymond Johnson and his wife Michelle of Georgia, and John La Riviere and his wife Dawn of Bushkill, PA. Loving grandmother of Valerie, Keyan, Robert and Michael. Dear sister of George R. Posenato of Haskill. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, February 10th, at St. Francis R. C. Church, at 11:00 AM with burial following at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus. Visiting will be on Tuesday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM. Memorial donations to St. Francis R. C.
