If you are fortunate in your life time you will have that one BEST FRIEND FOREVER. The one you grow up with from age 4, the one you even share the same birthday, born in the same hospital half an hour apart and lived around the corner from each other. The one who you shared yourself with the one you laughed with and cried with. The one when you recalled your childhood with you belly laughed so hard you snorted. The one NO ONE will ever take her place. That's you EVELYN. Even though we lived miles apart we were also heart connected. Yes my heart is saddened at this moment but it knows one day we'll be together again laughing in God's garden and that puts a smile on my face. Love you my BFF rest in peace

Evelyn and my sister Claudette Cisbani Frye shared the same birthday and our
Moms shared the same hospital room when the girls were born. It was like having another sister and for Claudette it was like having a twin! Even though we were miles apart the two kept in touch. We knew how happy Evelyn was about becoming a grandma. There are only happy memories of our childhood, neighborhood and school days. May you Rest In Peace Evelyn and may you fly with the angels into God's loving arms.

My condolences to Jennifer, Larry, William, Shalene and to the many family and friends that knew and loved Evelyn, may you all find comfort in the beautiful memories that you have with her and the comfort of knowing she will always be in your hearts. Evelyn was a proud mom and I had the pleasure of meeting and seeing how proud she was of her daughter Jennifer at many happy, celebratory occasions. I will chose to celebrate Evelyn and the legacy she leaves in Jennifer and her expectant child. Take happiness in this because Evelyn will carry on through them both ❤

Dear, Mrs. Evelyn; you will sadly be missed, you had such an amazing heart and an amazing soul. You were both beautiful inside and out. I’m surely going to miss our interesting/intriguing conversations. Just like me you were a great listener. I will forever remember our hangouts and talking about our friends in the LGBT community, thats one thing you never judged anyone your accepted everyone as they were. Thanks for that always. Evelyn was always there when I needed her. She was more to me and my daughter Daniela then just our cousin, she was a friend, confidant, and as close to us as a mother and grandma. Her love and faith made it possible to do things we never thought possible! She will still be here in spirit from above (and to occasionally mess with the electric, lol). And though we may not be able to see her any longer, we will feel her every time we feel the warmth of the sun on our faces. R.I.P until we meet again
